Tis' the Season to be JOYFUL & TRIUMPHANT :)

I am filled with JOY because:

In just 2 more days Christmas Break will be here and shortly after that my Honey will be on vacation too!

Christmas movie Marathon!! LOVE these days! Stay in our jammies, have a fire in the fireplace, make some homemade soup and watch movies all day and night!!!!

Rylee will be spending the night with us this weekend and will wake up here on her 2nd Birthday so we get to have a Birthday Breakfast with her!!!

I hope to be finishing up my Shopping TODAY!! Let the wrapping begin ;)

My Mom has decided that we must wear a hat (any hat, funny, silly,) but it must relate to Christmas when we go to her house on Christmas day. This will prove to be funny for sure !! Pics to come!! :)

Just Love turning on my radio to all CHRISTMAS MUSIC :)

Reading the Birth of Jesus with the kids

Making gifts to share with our neighbors and passing them out! My husband makes his Salsa and we deliver to our neighbors and some friends! They all LOVE it!

Even though this Saturday marks One year since I lost my Daddy and there are sure to be tears, I can rest in knowing that My Daddy is WITH Jesus, walking the Streets of Gold and celebrating HIS Birth in ways we cannot even imagine!!

Celebrating each and everyday with my family as well as the Gift of Salvation! Such JOY! All because of Jesus. HE was born to save us all. There is no greater JOY than knowing and receiving HIM!

Thank you Angel for hosting this each week! She would be filled with JOY to have you join in and spread some JOY!

Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. Luke 2:11

Love all your JOYs!! We've been doing a Christmas movie on our Friday Family Nights since Halloween - WE LOVE ALL THINGS CHRISTMAS!!

I am hoping to finish up the last few shopping things today too, fingers crossed!!

Love the hat idea, that should prove to be funny!!

So glad you can rest assured that your sweet daddy is celebrating with Jesus!! Sure loved that guy!!

Love you

Hi dear friend, I'd love to know what Christmas movies you'll be watching; it sounds like such fun! I'm praying for special blessings for you this Christmas and sweet memories of your dad. It is always so hard to celebrate when those loved ones aren't with us-but he is celebrating with Jesus.
Much love,

Thank you for spreading your joy this holiday!! Merry Christmas and I can't wait to see the hat pictures!!!!!

Yay for all the *wonderful* Christmas movies on!! The hats for Christmas at your mom's sounds like so much fun... can not wait to see those photos. :) Thinking of you this week. You are in my prayers dear friend.
Love you!

Saturday will be tears as well on my end, marks 8 years since my Mom went to be with Jesus, and a week prior, God allowed me to lead her to Him. She accepted Jesus as her Savior one week prior to her home coming.

I'm thinking of you with love and prayers-

Steph T.

Can't wait for break!!! Lazy days to come!! Love the hat!! Have a blast with your girl!! Love ya friend!

This certainly is a joyous season of the year, and it sounds as if your Christmas season will be wonderful. We enjoy all the Christmas music and the old movies as well. Will you have to make hats for your mother's Christmas Day get-together?

Hi Loren, How fun to have Rylee for her birthday breakfast! I hope there will be lots of photos to share! The hats for Christmas day sound fun. I once had a tea party with old college friends, and we each created a hat that suited our hobbies. It was a lot of fun. The first among us to be grandma won - her hat was precious!
May God bless each of you this year as you remember your Daddy.

I hope your precious memories give great comfort!! Blessings......
