4 years ago when my daughter was a Freshman in High School one of her teachers approached her and recommended that she become a trainer for the athletic department. She came home and shared with us all the he had told her and we thought it sounded perfect for her! She was the first one to turn in her application and shared with the Trainer Coach that she was serious about this and that wasn't in it just to be around a bunch of boys! LOL As it turns out she has done a fabulous job and she has enjoyed every bit of it! She does every sport with the exception of baseball. It goes without saying that Football has been her favorite by far! As the Season comes to an end and the Playoffs begin, she and the other Senior girls are quickly realizing that all to soon they will be taping ankles for the last time. Just once more they will listen to the crowd cheer while the band plays our fight song. One of the teachers put together a video!! What a gift this is for all of these kids and what wonderful memories they have captured and to have them all put together in a video!! As the proud Momma of the Queen I am so very thankful! I just had to share it with you guys

Awww....Thanks for sharing that Loren. A lot of heart went into making that. I'm sure the kids were so thankful to have it. And I must say that your daughter is completely beautiful, inside and out!
Have a super day my friend. Love ya!
Kim
I wish I could have seen the video, as I imagine it's fabulous (& a tear jerker to boot). But the video "knows" where I live and due to copyright, won't let me watch it. And I thought the Swiss were neutral friends of all. Guess I'll have to remember to look back at this in 32 days from my home stateside!
Well, Queen Momma, you bring tears to my eyes again today! She is so beautiful and I know you and Brian are so proud!!!!
Such a great tribute to all these kids & their coaches!! They all gave their very best for one common goal. Of course, my heart swells & my eyes fill with tears when I see Jen's beautiful face as she wears the Homecoming crown! Go Owasso Rams!!!
What a wonderful keepsake! Your Queen is so beautiful. Love that smile. Her sweetness shines through. XO
What a fabulous video and such a blessing for the teacher to have put together. Your daughter is just beautiful!
I'm glad your daughter had a wonderful time as a trainer, and, I assume, as Homecoming Queen. The video is certainly a wonderful keepsake.
Oh Loren what a great video to have. Such a fun and wonderful memory won't ever be forgotten of course, but to have it there to view whenever you would like for years to come is just awesome. Your daughter is soo pretty. My memory bank is soo full of similiar type things as ALL 3 of my sons played football. Oh how fun those days were...My oldest son was the quarterback and the other two were on the line. I learned to watch the game from all angles, haha...What the best part was that my boys are all 3 years apart or so apart so we had 9 straight years of varsity football. And then 3 years later my daughter started in with 4 full years of varsity volleyball, and softball...so we have done many a sports program for sure. The memories of them live on and on let me tell you. They all still discuss those seasons. What a fun season in life it really was. My daughter wasn't the queen, but she was junior princess and a senior princess so we got the fun of that too. I am really glad you shared your video. I thoroughly enjoyed it and brought me down memory lane as well. HUGS
OMGosh...that was just awesome. Brought tears to my eyes. So emotional. I am sure for both you and Jenna too. It is hard to see good things come to an end. But seasons change and a new season will roll in.
Hugs,
Mimi
What a great video and a wonderful treasure for all the kids and parents to have! Your Jenna is a gorgeous Homecoming Queen. Thanks for sharing!!!
