FOR TODAY...October 13, 2009
Outside my window... damp and gray day
I am thinking... Only 1 more day until fall break! WAHOO
I am thankful for... so much....My daughters who have been my beauticians and makeup artists since I am unable to do that myself right now :) My mom who is taking the next 2 days off since DH is out of town to help me and the wonderful day I had for my birthday yesterday
I am wearing... my silky pjs for now
I am going... to parent/teacher conferences tonight
I am reading...the Love and Proper Feeding of our Husbands by Dr. Laura, SCHOOLED, The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein, and Face of Betrayal by Liz Wiehl
I am hoping...my dad gets good results from his ct scan on his chest tomorrow. (results are friday) He is really tired and his cough is still bad.
On my mind... Salvation for Dad
Noticing that... time seems to be slightly faster then it used to be, could it be that God is moving the timetable forward...come quickly Lord Jesus for I am ready and waiting
Pondering these words...Never will I leave you. Never will I forsake you......Jesus
From the kitchen... homemade soup, chili, paninis
Around the house... enjoying this cooler weather!! windows open :) I LOVE FALL ~ The colors, the smells, the decorations!
One of my favorite things~ falling more in love with Jesus
From my picture journal...
Love and Blessings

I love the Autumn atmosphere here! That's a wonderful promise we can all cling to: "Never will I leave you. Never will I forsake you..."
Praying here still with you...God bless you sister and love to you...I love this cold mornings!
I'm sending you and your father prayers.
It's a perfect time for warm meals and quiet nights at home.
Loren, I have continued praying for you and your Dad. Have a great day. Blessings, Audrey
Loren,
Can I pray with you right now?
Dear Heavenly Father,
You are so amazing at every step that we take in our lives and thank you so much for helping us with each decision we must make. Please God work on Doug's heart and cause it to soften to the seeds being planted in his life for his salvation. We have faith Lord that you don't wish for any to pass up the opportunity to get to know you more closely and to have a heavenly home in Eternity. Let each person that comes into his life, share a message of that salvation. Give his family peace about his healing and his eternal salvation so that if he passes from this life, they will know with absolute certainty they will be reunited some day. I pray also for healing for Loren Lord, she is such a sweet lady who not only takes care of her immediate family but those that require encouragement and motivation each day through her precious blog. Let it go and also create a great harvest for You as well. In Jesus Name, AMEN!
I love you Loren! Stay warm and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Love and Hugs ~ Kat
Beautiful words from Jesus to ponder. Can I come to your house for dinner?
This is a delightful post probably because I love autumn so much. Praying for Doug!
Hugs,
Mary
